The Team

Dr. Tracey St. Julian

Dr. Tracey St. Julian is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She has been practicing in the Atlanta area since January 2005. Dr. St. Julian is also a certified robotic surgeon, specializing in the treatment of uterine fibroids and abnormal uterine bleeding. Her undergraduate training was performed at Prairie View A&M University for which she received a B.S. in biology with a minor in chemistry. After graduation from college, she worked as a laboratory technician at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. St. Julian attended her first year of medical school in 1992 at the University of Texas Medical Branch and was also commissioned into to the U.S. Army the same year. She received her doctorate of medicine in 1996 and began a four year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the National Capital Uniformed Services at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC and Bethesda, MD. Dr. St. Julian was assigned to Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg after completion of her residency in 2000.

She is the wife of Jah’Shawn St. Julian. They have two beautiful daughters named Elan and Bree. Dr. St. Julian is the only child of James and Linda Fisher. Dr. St Julian has a special interest in young women’s health. She prides herself on offering personalized care to her patients. Dr. St Julian is proud to have served in the US Army.

Dr. Dawn Jones

Dawn Janelle Jones MD is a native of Miami, Florida who received her undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude).  Dawn went on to the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago where she was granted her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2009.  Next, she completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2013 she moved to the Greater Atlanta area to join Premier Women’s Obgyn.  Dr. Jones is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  One of her core beliefs is that every woman should be provided the highest quality of care regardless of circumstance or socioeconomic background and she is so pleased to be serving the Riverdale and surrounding communities. Dr. Jones is committed to providing the highest level of patient-centered, comprehensive, and individualized care.  She enjoys communicating in Spanish and her proficiency is a result of her Miami roots, academic course work, and her continued online self-study. When Dr. Jones is not focused on her patients’ care, she enjoys Zumba, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Shniqual Adams, CNM

Shniqual moved to GA in January 2019 from Charlotte, NC. She received her Nurse-midwifery degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2016.

She has been a nurse for over 20 years with experiences including cardiac critical care and labor/delivery. Shniqual strives to continually educate women about their healthcare while providing a comfortable, open communication environment with her patients.

She feels very strongly about improving the health disparities among minority mothers and infants. Shniqual is married with two children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, dancing/singing, traveling and shopping.

Ariana Thompson

Ariana Thompson, M.S.N.,W.H.N.P. Is a native Georgian, growing up in the Riverdale /Atlanta area. Ariana completed her undergraduate studies at Clayton State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing. Ariana furthered her nursing studies at the University of South Alabama with a Masters degree in Women’s Health. The majority of her career focus involved women’s specialty beginning as a labor and delivery nurse. Ariana has special interests that include all aspects of obstetrics, and contraceptive counseling as well as educating and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Ariana recognized her passion for nursing and women’s health during her early growing years. Ariana is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Ariana enjoys decorating, arts & crafts, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Amber Watters

Dr. Amber Watters is a native of Clayton County, GA. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Georgia State University, where she spent time mentoring and tutoring high school students in the Atlanta Public School System. After college graduation, she volunteered with AmeriCorps as a science and math teacher at a non-profit center. She then attended Morehouse School of Medicine where she received her medical degree in 2018. Dr. Watters continued into her OB/GYN residency with Morehouse School of Medicine, where she served as clinical chief resident and had the honor of receiving the Service and Humanism Award. She is excited to join Premier Women’s OB/GYN where she can care for patients in her hometown. Her special interests include maternal mortality, patient education, abnormal uterine bleeding, and minimally invasive surgery. In her free time, Dr. Watters enjoys trying new restaurants and bakeries, spending time with her family and friends, and listening to music. 

The hospital we utilize for deliveries and surgeries is Southern Regional Medical Center (Prime Healthcare).

We are one of the only practices in the area that is contracted with Tricare Insurance, as well Blue Cross Blue Shield Prime, this particular one belongs to the employees of southern regional hospital.
